Introduction
Infectious and communicable diseases are illnesses that can be spread through direct contact between an infiected person and a non-infected person. For example diseases can be spread through direct touching, or exchanging body fluids (sneezing or coughing on people).
As a resuly it is common to see a variety of the diseases enter our classroom and school. Therefore we must be aware of:

What the causes and symptoms are?
How to prevent outbreaks from occuring in our school community
Task
As a group you are required to take on the role of being research experts for a particular infectious disease that your group chooses from the list below.
As the experts your are required to create an infromative/engaging presentation which will be presented to parents and teachers at an upcoming parents infromation evening.
How you create the presentation and the information you choose to include is completly up to you.
However please remember your task is to engage and inform parents about you choosen disease!
