Introduction

There are a variety of ways to write numbers using symbols and exponents. This webquest will help you understand why we use these symbols and expoents to write numbers in scientific notation. You will gain insight into a Scientific Notation, as well as postive and negative exponents!!
Task
Your job is to work with a partber to use this webquest to complete a series of activities. You need to answer all of the required questions and participate in all assigned games. All requested answers need must be written on the provided answer sheet by EACH student.

HAVE FUN!!!

Evaluation

The webquest will be graded as a project.
The WebQuest Worksheet must be handed in by the assigned due date.
Conclusion

Congratulations!!
You've completed the WebQuest on Exponents & Scientific Notation. I hope you've learned a lot about the concepts throughout this activity.
You now know how to evaluate exponents both positive and negative and convert from standard form to scientific notation among many other things! I hope you gained a lot of insight into the importance of scientifc notation and how it is beneficial in Mathematics!
