Introduction
Health and Safety

My introduction is Health and Safety. Every day you hear about some one getting hurt in school or work place. In college at Florida State University some one bring a guns in the in the school and shot three people. But what can be done to stop this and make sure that the students are safe and healthy.
Task
As teachers we know that the safe and health of every student is a must. The task is first making sure that they are safe and in a place where they cannot be found or see. When trouble come. The children and employees are face with different situation every day. So it good to be prepared for this. The safety and health can be important for moral, legal, and financial reason. As teachers we are there to make sure no one is injured or illness when dealing with safety and health. Rather it be dealing with a gun, knife or what ever it is we need to be prepared.
Process
When trouble come in the school or work place. Make sure that you have a plan for this situation. When explaining this to school agers let them know that this is very serious and they need to know what to do incase someone come in the school with a gun. You can practice this as often as it take. We know the first step is the safety of the children. Keeping them calm and moving them to a safety zone. Explain to them that they must stay quite and calm move quickly. While the person in charge notify the police of what going on. Wait until help come. Make sure that you have every student that in the classroom. Make sure that understand that it for safety and health reason that they remain quite and still. Let them know that help has been call and on the way. Just keep assuring then that they will be ok. Time every time you do thus exercise. Make sure we are doing our jobs. so this won't catch us off guard.
Evaluation
That I will make a decision. I will determine the concept of where we go from there. After everything is over. The children is safe. we will then gain insight into prior or existing initiatives is to enable reflection and assist in the identification of future change. Make sure that we have done everything to ensure the safety of every student and employee .
Conclusion
When it all said and done the matter is that the safety and health of the children and employees are met. We try to make sure that we practice safety and health every day. But when reality hit us. Can we really stay calm and make sure that everyone we are response for is health and safe. Look around what can we do to avoid some one coming in the place of employment and shot it up. We need to stay visible and alert at all time.
