A literature webquest designed for 3rd graders.
Teacher Introduction
This lesson was designed for 3rd graders who are expanding their depth and
knowledge in literature. In the 3rd grade Texas TEKS students examine and
evalutate historical fiction genre while applying the comprehension skill of
drawing conclusions or making inferences. The Drinking Gourd by F.N. Monjo.
This webquest combines research, comprehension strategies, and literature that
allow students to expand their learning.
