Introduction

Hello students, today we will be learning about living things in the environment. 

What is our environment?

Our environment is the natural world that humans, plants and animals inhabit. 

Living things are things that breathe eat, discrete, reproduce, sleep, move and drink water. 

Living things can be categorized in two categories living things and nonliving things.

Examples of living things are: 

Dog

Cat

Fish 

Boy 

Girl 

 

Examples of nonliving things are: 

Car 

House 

Boat 

Pencil

Task

The students will: 

1. Watch video and located places where animals live. 

2. Describe or discuss their understanding why animals live in different environments. 

3. Create a table listing living, non-living things and their environment mentioned in the video.
