Life Cycle of a Butterfly

Introduction

The butterfly is a beautiful insect with big, colorful wings that catch the sunlight and make it look like a flying rainbow. It's a cheerful creature that flutters from flower to flower, sipping nectar and spreading pollen as it goes.

Task
  1. Students will learn the different stages or life cycle of butterflies.
  2. Students will observe and describe growth and development of the butterfly.

  2. The students will compare butterfly with other insects that can also fly.
  3. The students will identify the four life stages of butterfly.
  4. The students will be group to draw the four life stages of butterfly.
  5. The students will present and describe their drawings.

  • Creativity (20%): Presentation is visually appealing and engaging.
