Day Two: Sharing and discussing with your groups.

Today you will be reading the articles that you found yesterday and analyzing them. When reading these articles you must underline , highlight and annotate to prove that you read them. After reading the articles you will begin writing the rough drafts of your own articles.

Each student will write a summary on their article. The summary will cover; "When", "Where", "How", and also include a reason "Why" (think through the event and write what you think caused it). The summary will be hand-written on a blank paper the teacher will give you*.

Everything hand written will be considered a rough draft.

Day Three: Peer Editing and Writing.

You will finish writing the rough drafts of your articles if you did not finish during the last class. You will be peer editing each others rough drafts and then begin work on the final drafts. FINAL DRAFTS MUST BE TYPED.

Day Four: Construction.

Today you will begin creating your magazines, these will be colorful , creative , and nicely put together. Make them look like real magazines/Newspapers. Your final project is required to have three articles and pictures.
