Introduction
This assignment is all about YOU! Explain a little bit about yourself to me. What is your name? Where are you from? What are some things you like to do? Do you get along well with others?
Task
Your task is to make some new friends! Go around the classroom and meet three new people. Ask:what is your name? Where are you from? What do you like to do?
You are responsible for:
- knowing the names of the people that you met
- knowing where they are from
- knowing what they like to do
Process
Step 1.
The class will be divided into 3 groups.
Step 2.
Share names with everyone around you. Get to know each other. Talk about where you are from and what kinds of things you like to do.
Step 3.
Get on the internet and research 3 different places of where you are all from. What is different about those cities than your own? What is the same? What is the population like?
Step 4.
Write a response to what you learned about the different cities.
