Introduction
What do you feel like having for lunch today?
Let´s explore world cuisines and yummy desserts together. Let´s create a recipe!
Task
In pairs, you must choose a plate that both of you like and/or know how to cook. If you feel adventurous you could try to discover a mean you have not tried. It could be a kind of breakfast, a national cuisine dish, a dessert...
You and your partner should do some research about this meal and elaborate a recipe. It must include:
-A brief description of the plate. Basic information like if it is vegetarian, gluten-free, intended for summer or for cold temperatures, the country it is from,
-Ingredients. Do not forget to state the amount needed of each.
-How the plate is prepared step by step.
-Servings it yields. Particular way it is eaten (for instance, sushi sticks)
Feel free to add any fun, particular or interesting fact about your plate!
