Mary has a history of gestational diabetes with her last pregancy, 10 years ago, which was diet controlled and hypertension. She is a single mother of a 10 and 13 year old, and is employed full-time as a fifth grade teacher. She takes Procardia XL 30mg daily and a multivitamin daily. Today Mary is:
