Introduction

An adjective is a word that is used to describe a noun or a pronoun. Adjectives describe nouns by giving some information about an object’s size, shape, age, color, origin or material. What I have created is an educational web quest that will introduce students to adjectives and identify some adjectives.
Task
Lesson Objectives: Students should be able to
- Identify and use adjectives correctly in sentences or from a story.
- Use adjectives to describe things in the desert environment in the video.
- Accurately complete worksheet.
Process
Procedure:
Introductory Activity:
Students will use the letter that begins with their first or last name to describe them selves. For example: My name is Brianna. I am beautiful Brianna.
Step 2:
Students will watch a video to explain adjectives. Click on the link below to watch a video about adjectives.

Step 3:
Use two adjectives to describe each of the pictures below.

Step 4:
Based on activities done, pupils will be ask to tell what they were doing in all the activities.(describing people and things) They will then be asked to tell what we call describing words.(adjectives) Pupils will then give a definition for adjectives based on their understanding of the concept.
Students will listen to adjective story.
Have discussion with class based on the video just shown .
