Introduction
Welcome students. Knowing your rights is extremely important. What are your rights when you are stopped by a police? What are your voting rights? What are your rights to freedom of speech, especially if you want to protest? How are you protected from discrimination? These are all important rights know because as American citizens, we are all protected by the Constitution. This Webquest will help you to learn about your rights.
Task
You will achieve the following learning objective:
Learn your rights:
1. When you are stopped by a police.
2. On Voting
3. On protection against discrimination
4. Your freedom to protest.
Process
Students you have basic rights under the U.S. Constitution. It is important that you learn more about them and know what your rights are when your rights have been violated.

Evaluation
The rubric below contains how students will be evaluated in order for them to effectively identify what they learned.
Students will research 1 specific right. Then students will explain what they can do when those rights are violated.
