Below is a chart of a sleep study, based on how many hours of sleep a person gets based on their age and sex.

Task
Your task is to keep a chart of your sleeping habits for week.
Process
Here is your steps to determine how many hours of sleep you get:
- Before you go to sleep, make a chart that you can calculate your sleep for 7 days on.
- Record what time you go to sleep.
- When you wake up, record what time you woke up.
- Total the number hours of sleep you got that night
- Repeat steps 2-4 for a week
- At the end of the week, record how many hours of sleep you got that week.
Now that you know how many hours you got, you can evaluate them and see if you are getting enough sleep, too much sleep, or not enough

This chart shows you how much sleep is enough sleep.
Newborns- 12-18 Hours
Infants- 14-15 Hours
Toddlers- 12-14 Hours
Preschoolers- 11-13 Hours
School-Aged Children- 10-11 Hours
Teens- 8.5-9.5 Hours
Adults-7-9 Hours
