1. Locate information on your extinct animal. Use the Resources on the Tasks Tab.
2. Using the INSERT YOUR NOTES worksheet, take notes on the following:
- Anatomy (Size and Color, etc.)
- Locomotion
- Diet
- Habitat (Biome)
- Range (Where it lived)
- Reproduction (Life cycle)
- Enemies
- Protection (Adaptations)
- When Did it Become Extinct?
- Defense/Offense
- Classification
3. Choose at least 2 photos to include within your research paper.
4. Cite your sources.
Evaluation
Your paper will be graded on the following:
- ALL topics address and answered completely
- Pictures are clear, and placed in an orderly manner within the paper
- Paper is turned in by due date (Place in Student Commons, under Bradshaw)
- Progress was made everyday we worked on them
- Font is readable and professional and is 10-14 sz
- Margins on paper are at max 0.5"
- Sources are Cited
