The 4th amendment

Introduction

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seize

Summary

I think that the amendment means that the police that “protect and serve “ the citizens of there district have to have a warrant to search a persons house or property or to arrest someone
• This amendment reminds me of how there is a high percentage of Hispanics and blacks
Get stoped and frisk for “looking suspicious”
• This also reminds me of how the police need warrants to search or arrest people
• warrant

Will the 4th  amendment ever change in the future?

1.Its used by protecting a person’s right that got searched and they had no permission.

I think that you can answer this question way better and using some phrases that the man said during the video

2.Its connected because in the video the person is getting searched without permission and the 4 amendment says you can’t do that.

I think that you answered this question correctly and actually supported it.

    3. I don’t think it would change because it protects people.

You should have answered this better than what you did and you should explain why you think why the 4th amendment wouldn’t change
