Introduction

Human rights are rights we have simply because we exist as human beings - they are not granted by any state. These universal rights are inherent to us all, regardless of nationality, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status. They range from the most fundamental - the right to life - to those that make life worth living, such as the rights to food, education, work, health, and liberty.

However, there has been quite a number of cases reported everyday about how these rights are violated. In this lesson, we are going to explore the details of Human Rights Violations, its forms, its effects, some examples, and how you can be able to protect your rights and help solve and suppress these violations.

Conclusion

Human Rights is not entirely political, and therefore not entirely relies protection from the state and the government. Each individual is tasked to protect and secure the rightful practice of each individual's rights. However, should violations arise, one must not leave passive and must actively participate in suppressing, better preventing the violations for a more harmonious community of people.
