Imagine what life would be like without computers, cell phones, televisions, microwaves, cars, farming equipment, etc. It would undoubtedly be much different! During the 1800's many inventors and scientists started to work on inventions that would make life easier for themselves. It was because of their determination and hard work that we have many of the inventions that we have today.
