Process
Evaporation
The heat of the sun make the surface molecules energized enough to break free of the attraction binding them together. The water from the ocean become invisible vapor rise into the atmosphere.
Transpiration
The groundwater such as rivers, lakes, streams are releasing into the atmosphere.
Condensation
As water is lifted in the air, it cools and form on tiny particles. When it condenses it become water again, and directly turn to solid which create cloud.
