It is a diet that says if you pray for weight loss then it will happen (1950s

Frozen Yoghurt

Meatless Monday:   Meatless Monday is great for the environment because you aren’t killing as many animals like cows and pigs.

 

Frozen Yoghurt:  Frozen yoghurt is a lot healthier than normal yoghurt or ice cream. 

 

The Prayer Diet:  All you have to do is pray to god that you will lose weight then you will loose it.

Some of the symptoms are headaches, sugar cravings and low blood sugar

In Kim's 7 month diet she lost her gal of 60 pounds

She went on the diet because on her 60th birthday she wasn't happy with her weight

One of the fads that Dr phill talks about was the tanning diet and the other one  was  the phentermine diet The phentermine diet is where you take to shots a day to help you lose weight.                                                        

A lot of people want to do the phentermine diet because it is a quick way to lose weight you can lose a lot of weight just in 1 day. 

Phentermine started in the year 1959, over the years it has helped many people lose weight it is still available in america today it is recommended that you only take for 3 months at a time. another name for phentermine is the miracle pill   

A side effect of the tanning bed is you could end up with huge cancers all over your body. 

Some people say that tanning health fad is it can be addicting and the more times you do it the more chances you get to having cancer

Companies try to get people to try different health fads because they just say the good effects of the fads not the bad effects that could do them more harm then good.

 

Question 3 Design A Better Strategy For Good Healthy Eating Over A Long Term:

Their are a lot of ways to stay healthy over a long period of time like cutting back on sugar like only have fizzy drinks once or twice a month and eat more fruits and vegetables (greens) like peas, beans and carrots
