Most of us take care of our body and always neglect the small areas like toenails and fingernails which is also an essential part of our body. Cutting and trimming your nails is one of the things that most of us forget or neglect completely because we consider it to be boring or not so important.

The goal of this topic is for the students to learn how to clean their nails properly. The students will learn the basic steps, they can apply in cleaning their hand nails.

The students will be able to apply deep cleaning of finger nails or quick cleaning of finger nails.

Steps in cleaning your finger nail;

Quick cleaning

1.Clean dirt from under your nails.

2.Wash your hands.

3.Soak your nails in a bowl of warm, soapy water for about three minutes

4.Use a nail brush to scrub the tops.

6.Remove nail polish, if necessary.

Deep cleaning

1.Apply baking soda to whiten.

2. Moisturize your nails every week.

3.Treat yellow nails with lemon juice or tea tree oil.
