Introduction
This webquest will be how to establish a healthy life style by your daily diet and activity level. If enrolled in Physical Education or Athletics, using what is learned in those classes and what is learned in this health class to not only how a healthy life style but to maintain it.
Task
I want you to build a 7 day meal plan and incorporate 3 days of physical activity. You may use a protein 3 times per week but you may only use the same fruit or vegetable 2 times a week. Each day you must provide breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. I want the nutritional facts of how many calories each meal is accounted for and the total caloric intake of the day. Don't forget to include the activity what average calories burned and include that in your daily caloric intake
You can build this on powerpoint/google slides, tri folder, posterboard or in a journal entry method
Process
The students will research different healthy foods, build a 7 day meal plan and add activity (1-2 sentences about the activity)

Conclusion
At the end of the project, the student should have a well-thought-out 7 day meal plan, with 3 days of activities. The students should color and graphics for the meals and activities.
There should be details of the caloric intake per meal and day.
The purpose is to have the tools of knowing how to eat healthily, build a menu, maintain a healthy eating lifestyle, share with their family and friends, and promote a healthy lifestyle

I love this project, it gives me a chance to watch these students express themselves artistically, and what activities they enjoy or want to learn about. I also enjoy this because we learning and sharing how to expand our longevity and quality of life
