Healthy Choices Web Quest
This web quest is designed to help you determine healthy food choices from now into their future. Depending on the class size, you will be broken up into groups of 4-5 students. Students will decide what a unhealthy breakfast looks like vs. a healthy breakfast. You will create a talk show segment that will compare a breakfast with unhealthy choices vs. healthy choices. Let your research be guided by the following questions: How do I develop eating patterns that will promote good health now and for the future? What makes up a unhealthy breakfast? What does a healthy breakfast look like? What substitutions can help make a unhealthy breakfast healthy?
