Introduction

Healthy foods are like your body's best friends, giving you energy and helping you grow strong. Think fruits, veggies, and whole grains.Healthy foods are packed with vitamins and minerals that keep you running smoothly. They're like the fuel for your body's engine! 

Unhealthy is, like sugary snacks and fried stuff, aren't as helpful and can make you feel sluggish. Eating a mix of both is fine, but try to choose healthy foods most of the time!

Unhealthy foods, on the other hand, are often loaded with sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats. Eating too much of these can lead to problems down the road. So, aim for a colorful plate with lots of fruits and veggies, and enjoy those treats in moderation!

The main food groups are fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy. Each group provides different nutrients: fruits and veggies offer vitamins and fiber; grains give you energy; protein builds and repairs tissues; and dairy supports bone health.

Food provides the body with energy, builds and repairs tissues, and regulates bodily functions. Healthy foods fuel the body with essential nutrients, while unhealthy foods can lead to various health issues. A balanced diet is key for overall well-being
