THE FIVE BITE DIET
The health fad that I chose was the five bite diet which was created by an obesity doctor.The five bite diet would be successful because people need to eat food to stay healthy but over eating makes you fat. So having 5 bites you can stay healthy. This fad would be unsuccessful because you would starve and when people lose weight and have finished the diet they will run to Maccas and get fat. I would most likely try this diet because you do get to eat food and that's a good thing. It was advertised on the Dr Oz television show.
THE COOKIE DIET
The cookie diet is when all you eat is cookies but not chocolate chip cookies. You don't get to eat chocolate cookies only the gross sort of cookie. The person who made this diet is Dr Siegal. The cookies can be found in shops in America. I think this diet would be successful because a regular meal would have 1200 calories but a cookie will have 500 calories. I mean I guess you're losing weight 
THE LEMONADE DIET
The lemonade diet creator is Stanley Burroughs. I don't think this heath fad would be successful and i wouldn't try it.

she tried to trim down eating 14 jars of baby food a day. The negative affects of this diet were getting hungry and its an unstatisfied and unrealistic diet wich is hard to maintain
Madonna air diet
she would sniff the food and put it down with out eating it and a lack of calories could lead to desease
Beyonce syrup and cayenne drink
the side affects could be little nutrition and value and it is a dandgrous diet
