World War 2 Interviews

Introduction

World War II also known as the Second World War II lasted from 1939 to 1945.  It was a global war in which more than 20 countries saw themselves tangled in a scheme for power.  With more than 100 million people directly involved it resulted in the deaths of more than 85 million fatalities; making world war II the deadliest conflict in human history.

Beginning with Japanese aggression and desires to expand their empire, Japan resolutes to invade Manchuria, China and Korea.

Continuing with the Leaugue of Nations failure to halt German expansion and opting for appeasement, nations became no more than pawn pieces in a game of Chess.
