Snipers and tanks played a big role in the war, snipers could take out a person form across no ones land. Tanks could go from one side to the other slowly but it came there and they could also shoot over a long distance. Both of the weapons were deathly and could do a lot of damage. There were a lot of experiments with tanks and some of them blew up but some really worked. The USA worked really hard to make the tanks work because it was hard to make a car out of metal and make it go up hill and down hill. Snipers were good for long range shooting and it had to have a scope and bullets they didn't always have enough metal to make bullets so they had to be care full if they would make the shot and hit.
