1. Review and search in the internet the healthy food groups that must be present in a healthy plate.
It is important that we make sure that we are consuming the right amount of nutrients by eating variations of food.
2. Determine the amount of each kind that must be in the plate.
Limiting ourselves to eating just one kind is also not enough because our body needs different nutrients that are present in other foods.

3. Know how much money your family would spend for food each day.
Saving money is one way of helping your family get through the pandemic. With the help of your parent or a family member list down the meals that you can choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure that the meal that you will choose for the family is not just budget wise but healthy at the same time.
