Congratulations! You have made it to the 2nd term of Grade 12 and with your love for Accounting, you would like to pursue a career in Accounting and auditing. You want to become a financial leader that can help empower business owners to use their financial resources responsibly and ethically.
Task
In this assignment, you are required to research the various Accounting careers available.
Choose one and do a Powerpoint Presentation on your chosen career within Accounting.
Use the links and ideas provided to guide you through your research process and in completing your assignment.

The following questions should be included in your PowerPoint presentation, please use them to guide you also add your own questions. Use the resources provided to guide you.
1) Describe your chosen career within the Accounting field.
2) What qualifications should you have to pursue your career?
3) What qualities, personal characteristics, or qualities are necessary for you to succeed in your chosen career?
4) How did the work within the career change over the recent years? For example through technology, etc.
5) The pleasant aspects of the career.
6)The frustrations of working within the career.
7) If you choose to be an independent or public auditor, what are the salary expectation after your qualification.
If you come across more interesting facts on your chosen career feel free to add them and do not forget to include all references in your Powerpoint presentation.
