The purpose of this webquest is for you to become a journalist, who will fight for the environment as today we will be tackling THE IMPORTANCE OF PLANTS.

Task
Write an essay where you discuss the dangers and effects of human activities on plant life and the consequences it can cause on the environment. Use MS word to write your essay.
Your essay should include:
- A cover page with your name, surname, class teachers name and due date.
- A title for your essay.
- A maximum of 250 words. (Include word count)
Make use of the resources given. You are allowed to make use of your own resources.
Process
Imagine you are an investigative journalist for BBC Earth and you need to investigate the impact of human activities on plant life. Write an essay where you discuss the dangers and implications it can cause on the environment.
- List at least FOUR dangers and effects of human activity.
- List at least TWO implications of human activity on the environment
Your essay should include:
- An introduction stating the reason you your essay.
- A body stating your findings and facts.
- A conclusion summing up your essay with any advice you can give regarding your findings.
