Dear Musawenkosi.
I've lost track of which day of lockdown we're in. I’m beginning to think that this lockdown is never
going to end!
I feel the frustration from my mom. She’s always on my case about cleaning my room, cleaning the
kitchen, taking out the dirt bin… I just wish it would end already. I thought her being ill would make
her pay less attention to me!
On the bright side, I’ve been able to give my room a proper “spring clean” that it’s been in need of
since last year. It is true that there’s always a silver lining. I never imagined that I would appreciate
school.
Please tell the class that I really miss them, even Ms. Samuels, and thank everyone for their support.
Warm regards
Jamie.
