Essay Task

All learners must write an Essay based on the Concept of Quality.

Your Cover page should include all your details, Name, Surname, and Grade.

 

Due Date:12/09/2022

Total Marks: 40 

Please follow an essay writing structure starting with your introduction, Body, and Conclusion. Underline or Bold all your headings and subheadings.

The introduction should include Two complete facts related to the topic.

The body should include: It will follow after the introduction. The body of the essay must be divided according to subheadings. The subheadings are the main points that you are required to write about or explain. For every subheading provide a minimum of 4-5 full actual sentences.

The conclusion should include: it will follow after the body, the conclusion should include at least Two relevant and meaningful facts about the topic discussed without repeating any of the facts given in the essay. Summarise your key points by bringing the ideas together, note that it is important that your opinion is presented in the conclusion.

• Quality refers to the ability of a product / service to meet a specific need.

• It refers to the characteristics of a product / service that meets the customer's requirements.

• The efficiency of services and the ability to deliver an effective result without too many delays.

• It is measured by specific criteria such as physical appearance / reliability / durability / sustainability / after-sales services.

• A system that ensures the desired quality is met by inspecting the final product to ensure that it meets the required standards.

• Checking raw materials/employees/machinery/workmanship/production to ensure that high quality standards are maintained.

• Control what is performed during and after the production process. to ensure that the required standards are met at every stage of the process.

Mr. Zizi, the general manager, made the following statement: 'The quality of performance within these business functions can contribute to the success of the organization'.

  •  Write as many correct facts under each subheading which should amount to 16 marks of more in the body to obtain another 1 mark for analysis.

  • It is advised that you provide an example at the end of the subheading that is applicable to one of the facts within the subheading.
  • The word example must be written before explaining the example and should be elaborated in the essay.
  • 0 marks will be awarded if no relevant examples are given.
