Question#1: Do people only get stopped and frisked because they are targeted on their color

I think people do get stopped and frisked by their color because based on the crimes they had said there were mostly based upon blacks and Hispanics so they might get stopped according to their race too.

Comment: I agree with what you said Ariel because I said the same thing when you said that they get stopped and frisked because of their race and skin color

Question#2: Why is stop and frisk a major problem for people or why was it in the days it existed?

Answer:

Stop and frisk is an illegal problem because people are getting stopped with unnecessary searches and it’s not fair to just walk on the street then end up getting pushed to the wall then accused of something you don’t even know about.

Comment: I also agree with what you said in this answer because it is true that many people get stopped and frisked and many people believe that this is very racist from cops.

Question#3: What is the issue of stop and frisk?

Answer:

The issues of stop and frisk are the cops accusing you of something you didn’t even do and it’s not right if I was stopped I would go to court and sue the life out of the city for this. This is not even how our city will be protected it’s just racists and cruel.

Comment: I agree with what you said when you said that the issue of stop and frisk is that they accuse you of something you didn’t do and just because of race if I was in their shoes I would be very upset of getting stopped and frisked

I choose the forth ammendment which is the stop and frisk ammendment .The reason why i choose this specific ammendment because i feel that stop and frisk is becomeing a large problem now and days.Many people are getting blammed for something that they didnt do.But however they do get stoped and frisked for a specific reason and that specific reason is because or their race and skin color.No one now a days does nothing about stop and frisk.

I have learned many things about my ammendment in connection with our U.S govermental community .what i learned about that was that now a days stop and frisk is about stoping and frisking a suspicious person and cops assume thing because of the suspious person skin color.so thats a way that our that the stop and frisk ammendment is in connection with our united states govermental community.

I have also learned many things of my ammendment in connection with our global communtity is that stop and frisk is actually happeing to our society and its happening also to our global community.
