Introduction

Welcome to your Intro to Health and Fitness WebQuest entitled, "General Health"

The tasks below will take you on a quest that will increase your knowledge on general health and help prepare you to perform as a top athlete

Task

The first task in your adventure requires you to scroll through a twelve page slide show on healthy habits provided by webmb.

For your second task you will be required to visit the link provided below and enter your credentials to give you an outline of the necessary carb intake for yourself.

Lastly, you'll be required to watch and participate along with a 15 minute video on proper daily exercise.

Process

Each student is required to complete tasks 1-3.

For tasks 1 and 3 each student is required to write a short paragraph on what they learned. For task 2 each student is required to print their results.

These will be turned in to the teacher and we will discuss the results during our next class period.

Evaluation

Each task will be printed before class and turned in during the next class period.

Conclusion

You have now started the beginning portion of health and fitness. You should understand basic carb intake for yourself as well as a short routine you can perform on a daily basis to keep yourself in shape.
