Is Food Inc. biased?

Introduction

We recently watched the documentary Food Inc.  The film examines the meat, grain, and vegetable industries.  It also informs us on the labelling of our food.  While the film writer is very critical of our country's "agribusiness", he doesn't offer any solutions about how we could fix the problem.  The film seems to be very biased against the big companies, which the writer says wasn't his original intention.  He wanted to be unbiased and present the facts, but many of the companies refused to be interviewed.
