Introduction
This assignment is to be completed by students who are on a medical excuse from Physical Education Class. It is to be completed during class time using your school device (ipad)
Task
1. Complete the worksheet (under the process tab) on floor hockey, by researching on for the answers on your device.
2. Research the NHL (National Hockey League), you will create a power point on one of the NHL teams. You must include the following information in your PowerPoint, each topic should have it's own slide.
a. location of the team
b. team name, logo and mascot
c. team captain for the current year
d. team head coach for the current year
e. year the team was established
f. number of Stanley Cups
g. number and name of Championships won
h. name of any Hall of Fame players and a brief biography of those Hall of Famers.
Process

Evaluation
If you are in an 80 minute block class you are to complete both parts of this assignment.
If you are in a split block, 40 minute class, you are to complete one of the assignments.
