Welcome, Dear Students!

You've been selected to join the PE Task Force to solve a growing crisis: students are sitting more, moving less, and losing motivation to stay active! Your mission is to become fitness experts and create an action plan that inspires your generation to get up, move, and live healthier lives.

  • Learn about different types of exercise routines (aerobic, strength, flexibility, and balance).

  • Create a weekly fitness plan for students your age, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down activities.

  • Present your findings in a creative format such as a poster, video, slideshow, or brochure.

Process
