Feelings are used to describe the emotional states we are going through, such as joy, sadness, fear, relief, among others.

Task

Process
Generally, we use adjectives and nouns to express feelings and emotions together with the verbs *to be* or *to feel*, bringing the idea that we are feeling something.
Examples:
- Riley *is* so excited about her new book.
- I *feel* so guilty about forgetting her gift.
