No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
My Summary:
Soldiers cannot stay in people houses without their consent. Even if an Soldier is in danger or badly hurt they must ask for permission to enter people houses and obey your response.
