Introduction
During Family STEM Night, your family will complete a very brief webquest activity about the Solar System.
You are among a team of space travelers who are traveling to all the planets of out solar system. You will gather information about the different things you see. Your mission is to complete the "Solar System Scavenger Hunt" and return it to your mission specialist. You will approximately 30 minutes to complete your mission.
Task
You live on the third planet from the sun in a solar system that is located int he Milky Way Galaxy. Not much is known about the other planets and objects in the solar system. Today you will travel to the other planets to learn as much as possible.
Process
Get a Solar System Scavenger Hunt from your mission specialist. Work with your family to complete the Hunt and learn as much as possible in the process.
Go to Space Facts to get the information you need. Remember you only have 30 minutes to complete as much of the Scavenger Hunt as you can.
Conclusion
When you are finished with your mission, turn your Scavenger Hunt in to your mission specialist. (Or if you would like to continue at home, feel free to take it with you.)
