Civil War Letter

Introduction

On April 12, 1861, America began what was the worst war it has experienced: The American Civil War. The country suffered decades of internal conflict about issues, such as slavery, states' rights, societal movements, economics, and more. The war would claim over 600,000 lives, which would be the equivalant to two Wichita's.
