Step 2/ Get a healthy food guide

A health food guide is your guide to get fit. As long as you follow the  healthy food guide you should get fit easier then you think. Another thing about the exercise machines is they need the healthy guide otherwise they don't work.

 

Step 3/ Get proper exercise

Most people think that a tiny bit of exercise will keep them fit but the required amount of exercise 1 hour of exercise.I recommend swimming in summer and  running in winter.

 

  

Process

After this  step process you should be well on your way to get fit .If your still having trouble try doing more exercise. I  think this process will take about 10 weeks  to see  result   so be patient. Make sure you  keep going and don't give up.Also set your self a  goal for your self and DON'T STOP In till you achieve it .

The best way to lose weight is doing sport with your kids.Even though  only 6 out of 10 kids join sport teams it's great if adult can join in but some team don't let them!All the greatest fun and time to spend with your kids plus getting fit without you even now it.So I in courage you to get your kids into a sport that they injoy so you can injoy in to.Some sports I recommend are 

- Soccer 

- Cricket

- tennis

- dance

But you can do so many sports with your kids.
