A manager takes on many responsibilities and roles, he/she may be a planner, an organizer, a team leader or a cheerleader all rolled into one.
The present webquest aims at encouraging students to discover the roles of a good manager through fun activities and challenging tasks.
Task
Your job is to assume the role of a manager whose goal is to improve company sales.
In order to achieve this assignement, youwill first have to gain information about several aspects concerning the role a manager plays in a company and understand his/her importance.

4. Let's imagine you have been chosen to be the manager of a company. Your job is to improve company sales. Decide which are the necessary steps to be taken in order to accomplish this task. Develop these steps into a plan that you will share with the class.
