Ecosystem Explorers: Protect Our Planet!

Introduction

🌍 Welcome, Explorers!

Imagine you are an environmental scientist on a mission to save Earth’s ecosystems! From the lush rainforests to the vast oceans, our planet is full of amazing habitats. However, many ecosystems are in danger due to pollution, deforestation, and climate change.

Your mission is to become an expert on one ecosystem, identify the threats it faces, and create a digital poster or slideshow to teach others how to protect it. Are you ready to explore and save the planet? Let’s go!

Task

Your challenge is to:

✅ Choose an ecosystem (rainforest, desert, coral reef, tundra, etc.)

✅ Research the plants, animals, and climate of your ecosystem

✅ Identify at least three major threats to your chosen ecosystem

✅ Propose three realistic solutions to help protect and preserve it

✅ Create a digital poster or slideshow to educate others

Process

Follow these steps to complete your mission:

1️⃣ Choose an ecosystem – Select from rainforest, ocean, desert, tundra, grassland, or another habitat.

2️⃣ Research your ecosystem – Find out what plants and animals live there and how they depend on each other.

3️⃣ Identify threats – What human activities or natural events are harming this ecosystem?

4️⃣ Find solutions – How can people help protect it? What actions can students, families, and communities take?

5️⃣ Create your project – Use Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or another tool to design your digital poster or slideshow.

6️⃣ Share your work – Present your project to the class and discuss ways everyone can help protect the environment.
