Introduction

Many changes occurred in Europe around the year 1000. First and foremost, there were many technological advancements that would lead to the agricultural revolution that made a significant impact on Europe. Trade and travel would increase tenfold, which would eventually lead to the commercial revolution and the rise of the middle class.
