Process
Modals Perfect
When we want to use modals to talk about the past, we use modals perfect (modal+ have + past participle).
we use:
- may (not) / might (not)/could+have + past participle to talk about possibility in the past.
- E.G. peter is careless. He may / might/ could have forgotten to turn the lights off.
