Introduction
Exercise is a great way to get a healthier, stronger body. It can also be a great way to relax and make
you happier. It is important to remember, though, that you should always alternate between different types of
exercise to ensure that your whole body gets the attention it needs. Furthermore, to get the most out of your
work out there are a few tips to be followed : make sure you wear the right clothes and shoes; get proper rest,
hydrate before,during, and after your work out; and stretching is the most important part of the work out so you
may loosen your muscles that takes pace through out the entire work out.
Task
You will start your work out by starting out small and working your way up gradually. Workouts can be anywhere from
running, jogging, walking, and lifting weights but the key to success is to gradually increase performance rather than start off
at a more strenuos workout, because your body may not be used to it yet at first. So, if you will run, you may start off at
running a mile and in two days based on how you feel, increase it two miles and when lifting weights you should always start
of small, especially with a spotter.
Process
There are steps you must take in order complete your workout successfully and without any inturruptions: drink plenty of fluids
through out the entire workout, get plenty of rest, wear proper shoes and clothes, stretch so you don't tear any muscles.
Evaluation
You will be evaluated in class not so much on the task but your endurance of running one mile and your physical
apprearance after completing the mile run. This will measure your body's tolerence to working out and how well in shape you
are but you can also evalutae yourself on your own time to see where you're at physically.
Conclusion
This task is a part of your grade but it must be looked at a greater sense that you can benefit from exercising and the
techniques involved for a life time. A life time of good health, success, and longevity will bring you much more success. Studies
have shown that exercise even adds more years to your life and you feel better about your self. You are improving the overall
quality of your life. So, make it a part of your schedual weekly.
