Introduction
I chose the topic of my web quest - the different mindsets of students. The web quest is aimed at developing students' analytical and creative thinking skills. A teacher creating a web quest must have a high level of subject, methodological and infocommunication competence.
We can begin the lecture with a topic that appeals to the students in order to get them interested in the subject of developing creative thinking.
Activity: watch a video about the different mindsets of students
Supplies: a laptop and a projector
Analytical thinking involves the search for new information, its study and systematization, as well as conclusions drawn from the data obtained. This type of thinking requires facts, a detailed study of the issue, an emphasis on small things, the ability to compare data and draw conclusions.
Creative thinking is one of the types of thinking characterized by the creation of a subjectively new product and new formations in the cognitive activity itself to create it. These neoplasms relate to motivation, goals, assessments, meanings.
It is very important to have such skills as creative thinking and analytical thinking in our time, because this is an integral part of our life and the web quest I have chosen, in my opinion, will help a lot in this.

Task Clear statement of the end result or culminating activities.
Anything that requires the learners to process and transform the information they've gathered. Task Taxonomy
Think of this as the key performance tasks and any other sub-task of the WebQuest. |
With the help of the videos and exercises, students learn that just because they have the money to buy something doesn't mean they should. Otherwise, the earth will eventually be overrun with trash. The mentality students acquire in the classroom will enable them to use natural resources responsibly.

Process
What steps should the learners go through to accomplish the task/s? Use a numbered list if it helps. Be detailed, specific and clear.
Give learners scaffolds e.g. templates, organizers charts. Link lectures, notes or templates here.
Think of this as the sequence or multiple lessons/days/times of the WebQuest. |
Work order and required resources - a description of the sequence of actions, roles and resources required to complete the task (links to Internet resources and any other sources of information), as well as supporting materials (examples, templates, tables, forms, instructions, etc. .), which allow you to more efficiently organize the work on the web quest.
Researcher and professor Carol Dweck uses the term “mindset” to describe the way people think about ability and talent. Dweck delineates between two different mindsets that exist on a continuum. The first is a fixed mindset, which suggests that your abilities are innate and unchangeable. The second is a growth mindset, which views it as something you can improve through practice. In a fixed mindset, you view failure as permanent but with a growth mindset, you see failure as a chance to learn and pivot. In this short video, John Spencer provides a great overview. |

Resources
This section points the learner to the online (or classroom) resources needed to complete the quest. These might be links to websites, databases etc. Be sure to hide links behind words, phrases or pictures. Mention the resources needed to complete the final project. |

Evaluation
How will learner performance will be evaluated and how artifacts will be assessed. Provide one or more rubrics here. |
A description of the criteria and parameters for evaluating the performance of the web quest, which is presented in the form of an evaluation form. Evaluation criteria depend on the type of learning tasks that are solved in the web quest. To evaluate student understanding, the following thins are taken into account: 1. Individual performance. How active students are, how they present their ideas and show respect to each other. 2. Group presentation. Group work, collaboration, presentation skills and delivering message in a creative way 3. Discussion. Quality of answers and effective delivery of ideas during the discussion. |
|
Conclusion
Closing paragraph that brings and end to the quest. You can also include other thinking questions. |
A brief description of what students will learn by completing this web quest. At the end of the lesson, students will be asked what they learned during the lesson in the form of a short text. They need to put down what they find interesting, surprising and what they want to know more. A couple of questions are also asked by teacher to consolidate the lesson. |

Do not just copy and paste all standards. Only place those performance indicators that link back to the task or performances (rubric) in this WebQuest. |
Ingenious designer While debating topics, students should use a variety of technology tools to discover problems and fix them by coming up with original, innovative, or creative solutions. They should also be able to suggest creative approaches for coming up with ideas, offering solutions, and addressing global problems.
Ingenious Communicator Students should be able to use online platforms, tools, styles, formats, and digital media that align with their goals to communicate clearly and express themselves creatively.
Global Associate Students should use digital resources and technologies to collaborate with other students to deepen their study and increase their knowledge. Additionally, they must to be taught how to collaborate effectively in groups both locally and globally in the classroom. |
