Create an overview of the differences in schools between Germany and the US/UK. Be careful to not mix them up and make a clear differentiation or mark it when something is the same in the US and UK. You can use whatever sources you find, just make sure they are serious.
You can also search for differences outside of school that would impact you when doing a year abroad.

Once you are done make your overview public so that others can see it and then compare with the findings of other people. You can comment on them with your own additions or ideas.
