-Students are required to work in groups of 3/4.
-At the end of the quest, students are going to create a poster or presentation about one of the natural disasters with a written report.
- The due date is after 2 weeks starting from today.
Task
Students are required to work in groups of 3-5.
Your presentation should answer the following questions:
1. Name the natural disaster.
2. What is it?
3. How does it happen?
4. What are the effects of this natural disaster (on people/ environment)?
5. Give examples of this disaster (countries, places)? (includes charts, graph, or statistic if possible)
6. How can damages be reduced?
7. What procedures your country takes to outcome the disaster (if it happens)?
Process
1. Divide yourselves into groups of 3-5
2. The following roles will be divided among the students in the group:
- writer and editor
-picture searcher/ information searcher (1-2 students)
-assisstant searcher
-drawer/illustrator
3. Resources should be included at the end of the presentation and the written report.
