The purpose of this webquest is to help students to develop a greater understanding of why math is important to their daily lives and their future careers. The webquest has been designed for independent work for a higher level math class with the intention of allowing students to gain insights into the importance of math in a way that is personal to them.
Reading levels and problems with reading comprehension may result in the necessity of assigning partners in a classroom.
